If you didn't keep a save from before you became a Vampire your physical appearance may be permanently lost. Your save with the showracemenu modifications were done while being a vampire, so those changes may not be recoverable. It will only restore your appearance when using a previous save before becoming a vampire. Unfortunately I'm not sure if it is possible to restore your characters appearance with whatever changes you made using showracemenu. When it loads you will still look like the older Vampire with wrinkles depending on your stage of Vampirism, but your original facial structure from character creation will be visable although aged. Normally the easiest way to fix your face when it changes from your characters custom look is to load a save from before you became a vampire and then load your current save as a Vampire.
I don't think it has anything to do with showracemenu modifications. It is a common problem associated with Vampirism.
